Com base no conhecimento acumulado pela Observa China 观中国 como um Think and Net Tank, este documento de propostas tem como objetivo mapear oportunidades para alavancar políticas públicas no Brasil por meio da parceria estratégica com a China e explorar o papel dos dois países na construção da cooperação. Os resultados apresentados visam apontar caminhos para o aprofundamento da parceria entre o Brasil e a China em temas transformadores da realidade doméstica e internacional, em consonância com a missão da Observa China 观中国.

The group of Senior Resident Fellows of Observa China 观中国 is formed by professionals and academics interested in working and leading research and debate initiatives in the organization. With access to the team's resources, they participate and lead the Observa China 观中国's nuclei.

The Coordination is the group responsible for directing and supervising the activities and projects of Observa China 观中国. They work directly with the Board of Directors and Analysts to implement and discuss projects.
