Furthermore, he is a consultant and researcher in the areas of political situation analysis and trends, government and institutional relations, low-carbon energy and energy sector policies, with a particular focus on China's operations in Latin America. He worked as Chief of Staff at the Secretariat of Environment and Sustainability of Pernambuco (2019-2022) and as Advisor to the Environmental Thematic Chamber of the Interstate Consortium for Sustainable Development of the Northeast-Consórcio Nordeste (2021-2022).
