Luana Margarete Geiger is the Director of Programs at Observa China 观中国, Adjunct Professor at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and non-resident fellow at the Taiwan Center for Security Studies (TCSS). She holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Political Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and received the Taiwan Fellowship in 2022. Her writing has appeared in NK News and The Interpreter.
