The group of Senior Resident Fellows of Observa China 观中国 is formed by professionals and academics interested in working and leading research and debate initiatives in the organization. With access to the team's resources, they participate and lead the Observa China 观中国's nuclei.

Associates contribute financially to the maintenance of the organization.
